Here are some tips and hint's to save you time and make your shopping easy.

1.. You can search by manufacturer down the left hand side of the site (this shows you all products in the range you have clicked on.)
2.. If you know the product you are looking for then save time and hover over the black header on the top of the site (this will break down shampoo, conditioner, treatment and styling products,) simply click on the manufacturers brand and only get the products in the category you have selected.

There are four methods by which you can search for a hair product you require;
1, By Manufacturer found down the left hand side of the site,
2, By Category found at the top of the home page in the black header,
3, By Quick Search found at the top of the home page,
4, by hair type i.e. dry / greasy / coloured etc. whilst in a manufacturer.

Simply click on the product you would like to purchase or open it for a full discription (if out of stock there is a range of  alternative products down the left hand side.) Click purchase, now this item will then be added to your Shopping Cart (you can add and remove quantities when in your basket.) Now you can either continue shopping  and adding other products in the same way as above, or click on your basket at the top of the screen to view and check out...Don't worry there is a back button in your basket if you need to return and continue shopping! Once you are satisfied with the contents of your basket, select one of the payment methods available.

At the checkout stage you enter all your details including invoice and delivery address (if different). All the fields highlighted with an asterisk must be completed in order for you to place your order successfully.

When you have submitted your order, a message confirming the order number will appear. An order acknowledgement will also be sent to your e-mail address. Please print this for your records. The online ordering process is now completed and your order will be sent.

There is no minimum order value to shop with us and all products are delivered within the UK mainland.We offer free Delivery on orders over £50 and £3.99 Under £50.

We try our hardest to keep up with Manufacturers latest images, and to best of our knowledge all images on the site are current. However please be aware that images are for illustration purposes only as updated packaging may be available prior to image release.

We will deliver to anywhere in the uk however due to shipping costs we are unable to send goods overseas.
If you are keen to purchase some of our goods from overseas then please drop us an email requesting what products you would like to purchase and where you would like the goods to be shipped to and we will send you a postage quote.

We will accept returns for all undamaged and unused items only if returned in their original packaging, However due to health&safety any items not in sealed packaging are unable to be refunded.
